Ripoff failure to return refund dishonest ripoffs fraudulent

I sent them $43.00 (supposedly 100% refundable) for there product. I looked the product over and sent it back for the refund and never heard another word. I contacted the Better Buisness Bureau who tried to contact them but the letter came back to thier office via the post office. I had sent a letter to them and nothing came back. I also sent them the package with everything in it back to them and it never came back. So I know they are at this address. They are just avoiding everything.
