Ripoff fraudulent selling, stealing from the American workers worse than our own government

Heard advertisement on national radio station and called. 3 years for one price. I accecpted was contacted the next week was told I could have a home based business through Oryan Management which would be called "Mall for All.com". Everyone would shop there and I could write it off and make a percentage off whatever anyone buys.

The stores included: Wal-Mart, Staple, and Disney and a couple of others the salesman, Carmine Galofaro stated. It took 2 months but only a matter of 24 hours for NADN to obtain $3000. To start my home based business. When I finally got my web site there was no Wal-Mart, no Disney, and Staples had two calculators you could purchase.

I was very upset called Carmine with no response! Returned the contracted Voided via certified mail. No response from NADN or Oryan Management. Sent another certified letter and no respons but they must have sent it to Evie Castillo as she called and I was to return her call Wednesday, 11-6-02 which I did but she was busy. Left her my home number and she never returned my call. I called again on 11-13-02 and still nothing.

I have contacted the Attorney General's office and I am sending them a registered letter requesting my refund. Once they receive it and a reasonable amount of time to respond has passed then I can move forward to hopefully sue the pants off this company and Oryan Management (probably owned by the same)
and will gladly pay my taxes!

I'm ready to go to 60 minutes, Dateline, etc. Something needs to be done to stop the NADN from sounding like they want to help revamp the tax structure when they really want to do is rip us off!
