No refund after returning of the items unless promises China

We ordered two wedding rings on the internet from Justtitatium.com about 5 months ago. The rings we received were not at all what we ordered and and were not even similar!

We sent back the items within the 14 days mentioned in their returning policy.in the same policy is mentioned that every item with no 100% satisfaction of the client will be refunded.

They confirmed receiving the rings more then 3 months ago.

In the beginning they promised us to refund the money if we didn't want to re-order any other product. But then when we let them know we wanted our money back, they changed their opinion and said that in our case they are not able to refund us. They never explained why, and we are still waiting for our money...
