Robbed me of money

Okdhs has ripped me off of all my tax return money. I have been divorced ferom my ex-wife for 7 years and have paid child support every month on time including being garnished by okdhs for 4 of those years. Now my ex-wife gets in a money crunch calls them up and says yeah he's behind on support. Before being contacted talked to or having papers served or anything okdhs sets a court date and tkes every thing. She says as the gosspil in seven years she has wrote receipts on napkins notebook paper and any thing in between but says she turned all her records of receipts in to dhs. I had custody of my daughter for 5 months in 03 do to a child abuse case faught by dhs themselves never got a dime of support from her, nor do they even recognize it. They took my tax return from federal and state issued it to her then turn around and send me a 21.00 check the very next week say i'm still 700.00 in arrears. This is the most screwed up organization that has ever existed.

I have proof that I'm not behind however the dhs office manager will not return my calls and when i ask any questions all she will say is i can't litigate this case for you. Then why do you have the power to robb me without any proof other than what the ex says. Why don't I matter what happen to innocent until proven guilty. No its guilty until proven innocent and tough luck to me thios sucks
