Nationwide Prime Locations - Seth Sauberman - nplw.com scammed me!

I had come to Seth Sauberman because I was having a hard time finding locations for my vending machines. The machines were purchased and it was really urgent that they needed to be put in locations. That's when I found Seth Sauberman's website and contacted him. On his website, it said that he was a good guy so I went with him. Little did I know that was a lie. I left him a voicemail. Later that night he called me back and told me that he can help me and promised me I would get it within the next three days but he said that I needed to pay that night so that he can get started ASAP. He really emphasized this to me When we were doing the locations I did my part frantically trying to get the money to Seth through Western Union late at night calling and going to places. I told Seth I would send it to him next morning but he kept on telling me to keep trying. Finally I gave up and I told him I had to get it to him early next morning which I did. I sent him 525 dollars. Now he promised me locations within a week and that never happened. I called him and everytime I called, he had excuses week after week. Another week went by and he told me he was going to do a "fax blast." Another week went by and I wanted to know where my locations were and he fed me some bullcrap about how there was a mistake in the "fax blast" so he didn't get the locations. He kept on talking down to me and taking advantage of me giving me excuse after excuse. I new I couldn't wait for him and told him I wanted my money back because I got my locations already. He refused to give it back to me and said that I could use it as credit for services next time and if I didn't use it for 6 months, it would dissappear.

This is the most messed up part about it. I tried so hard to give him the money calling, running around late at night and early in the morning because I trusted him and this is how he upheld his promise by making false promises. Not only did he not do what he said, but he refused to give me my money back and kept it! He thought because I'm young he could just bully me. That's fine. That's why I'm on usacomplaints.com and bbb.com. This way, I feel like I paid $525 to take a lesson so other people know to stay away from Seth Sauberman. Yes, he has an article on his website about how good he is but if you go on bbb.com and look up his company which is registered in Florida even though he runs it in NY, you will see that he has numerous complaints and my experience with him sure wasn't a pleasant one.
