Added charges to cellphone was told not to then charged me a fortune, now they say i owe a god awful amount on credit report this needs to be removed how can they do this and get away with it

Cellular south really ripped me off big time, they charged for services i did not want which ran the bill way up then sent it to the credit bureau and now they say i owe triple amount, the are big time rip offs i awnt this off my credit they have ruined me.
