Questsaver was taking money from my checking account without my authorization for several years. I never received any type of information regarding the company until I went to my bank to ask about some deductions from my account and then they told me that that there had been electronic check withdrawls for several years. I was never aware of this. They were taking a total of $16.50 a month. When I called them they said I had to write them a letter to cancell the membership that I never authorized.
