I recieved a phone solicitation for legal help, after the salespitch (wich included, we win 98% of Our cases) I was sold, so sign me up!!! $98 bang!!! Have a blessed day...

I followed all the instuctions to the letter and before I knew it bang $200 more. I told them I'm a patient on meds., I have ringing in my ears, I have a hard time understanding/hearing people. Don't charge the card yet! Sure...
I told 3 people this, makes no difference to them or Capital One.

Fathers Choice did absolutely nothing but make me look bad and steal my money. Fathers Choice lead me to believe I was getting more than some glorified document writers service.

They misrepresent themselves as a legal service and left me with a false sense of security. They gave me the run around instead of answering my questions and of course refuse to refund any, let alone all, of my money.

I've always been under the understanding that in the United States of America if you don't receive products and or services you are entitled to a full and prompt refund.
