Hq Workplaces - Commercial Cleaning Went for floor detalier, $17.00 payed $64.50 back ground check, hrs 8am to 4 pm M-f wait to do a drug screen test, What happen later you wont belive!

The company is Hq workplaces, it was the only company on the 5 fl suit 500

I was told by The director of HR Anthony on may 09, that they have federal contracts for commerical cleaning services out side the business. Gave me full time work. I was told that i could start by may 15 if the medical was done on time. I will get a drug screen for free. He never mention a cleanning company.
I received a letter on wednesday May 14 that i was offer a job as contractor I need my drivers license, proper insurance, bonding and a DBA. Forward this info to fax # 212 837-7778 and call anthony at 1888-358-4988 ext 15. I f you contact the HR dept it will only delay the process. As bidding on contracts, we will contact you for bidding dates and times. Our equipment along with supples will be at your disposal per contract. You will have 15 days grace period. With further info they sent me a background check copy from a company called (sentrylink) they black out other info which you can still read. The letter was signed by (Human resource Carlos Hernandez).
I contact Anthony and was told that they would wave my drug test now. And that he did not know what way the company was going to go in regards to needing a DBA. I can't start untill I get one. And i would get a 1099 form now. I ask Why i was not told this at the interview the add does not say anything to this matter. I explain i would not have payed 64.50 for a independent contractor job. This was miss leading. And i was told that sense i have a corporation i can summit my papers and he will see what he can do. I left another message asking for a e-mail to send any doucments, no returned phone call after that which was today may 15.
