Finally a payoff!

Listen up everyone that has dealt with this company.

If you don't feel that they are doing what you were told they were going to do on your behalf... Turn them into the Better Business Bureau.

I struggled for nearly two years with them with no active sign of actually doing anything for me. So I reported them to the BBB. Within three weeks I had a total refund from Hess Kennedy. But the weirder part was... That when I called to settle the debt on my own with my creditor I found out that HK had actually began trying to settle with them. I actually felt a little bad for harrassing them the last few weeks... But all is well because I settled with the creditor for $700 less than it would have cost me in the end with HK
