Ripoff mislead lied to do not trust this company Florida

I am a young person on her way to bad credit due to doctor bills. I got a statement in the mail saying i was already approved by these people and had a 5,000 dollor credit limit. 1 year no interest.

Well my mom sent a cheak and they quickly cashed the $49. Now about a month later I have yet to hear from them. I moved in that time and had my change of address put in. I tried to find them to tell them my new address and this has become impossiable.

Like i have read from other people it was a plain envenlope and a certificate looking paper inside. One paper no details.

This is false advertisement. I was lead to believe that i would get the credit card and use it on whatever. And now hearing that it's for a catalog they send.

This is heartbreaking to me. I was going to pay my ills in collection and then pay these people on a monthly basis. And then have it as a backup for emergancies.

I would like to persue this as much as possiable. I am not going to let them do this to me or anyone else without a fight for what is right.

All i want now is my $49. Back, and to know that they can't do this to anyone else.
