In Sandy, UT This "Company" took $39.90 out of my checking account without my permission. How do I get my money back?

This "company" had the nerve to take $39.90 out of my checking account WITHOUT my permission. There is no phone number, no URL address, nothing to correspond with them. It is absolutely crazy that someone can take money out of your account without your permission. Would like to know how I can get my money back... Should I report this to the BBB?
