Charge me $199.00 and I do not have there services

I call Dishnetwork on 05/04/08 to ask question about there services. The Representative on the phone me my personal information and stated that he needed my credit card information. He told me that I needed to pay $199.00. I ask him if they had DVR services he told me yes, but it would cost me extra an at that time I inform him that I do not want it. The Representative then inform me that he place the order and I needed to talk to a different person to cancel it. I ask him then why did he place the order without my permission he then told me to hold and the transfer call. Once the other tried to continue to sell the company I told her no thank and please cancel the order. The representative me that my credit card will not be charge and disconnected the call. On May 05 I check my checking account and to my surpise I had a pending transaction on my account. I then call Dishnetwork company and left a message with Erik Dodge voicemail regarding my issue. Later in the day I got a message from Amy Connely from the parlegal department. She told me to call my bank to have the transaction cancel and she would work on her end to refund me back my money. I then ask Ms Connely why should I have to call my bank when they did a illegal transaction. She then inform me that they probably could stop the money coming out of my Account quicker because if they did it would take up to 5 to 7 business day. So, then I call my bank and they inform me that they needed the authorization number. I then call Ms Connely back and she not only gave me the authorization number, but also the batch number. Once again I call the my bank and gave them all the information. On May 9 I decided to check my account and then once again to my surpise there was a transaction completed by Dishnetwork of $199.00. I call my bank and they inform me that they did cancel that transaction, but Dishnetwork put it through again a hour lately. I call Amy Connely once again and left a detail message. I then call Erik Dodge who one of the head man at Dishnetwork and got his secretary and she told down my information and gave it to Mark Duffy who basely inform me that it would take up to 5 to 7 business days. Never do business with this company it's all about the sale and never the customers.
