Stolen Money Theft Unauthorized deductions Scam

First Data is holding $1000 of my money because of one chargeback. Which i proved was a mistake. I decided not to do any further business with this company. They informed me that they were going to hold my funds for at least 6months just in case there were any more chargebacks. Two weeks later (today) i check my checking account and noticed that First data has been still making unauthorized and unwarrented deductions from my account. Basically stealing.

Today the withdrawl from my account was $100. There was absolutely no reason for them to take this money. I have already contacted the Attourney General in New York and had a long conversation with a nice lady who informed me that they are currently investigating first data and several employees on criminal theft and banking charges. This was no new news to the AG when I called. I am filing the proper paperwork to move forward with pressing criminal charges against this company and I suggest you do the same.
