Charged twice

I went in on might 3 to inform them I had been billed twice for a power brush and disc the supervisor named me a lier. He'd not check it out simply repetitive that I had been a lier and stated he'd not examine. I had been so embarrassed I'd to depart. I've been over-charged before but did not protest but it was a great quantity. Please make a move for this supervisor it had been may 3 each morning on sunday. I'm unsure if he was the primary supervisor or an associate. He was in his twenties and overweight.
