Credit Card Dropped For No Reason

I have had a Best Buy credit card for several years. Always paid on time. Never late. Paid them off early. I got a letter saying that my credit card with Best Buy was being discontinued. I received the following e-mail Sun, Nov 25 at 4:42 PM

Dear xxxx xxxxx,

Congratulations! Your request has been processed. Your credit limit has been increased to $2000.00 at your request. You can begin to shop using your new
credit limit immediately.

Thank you for using Online Customer Care. To view your latest account information, go to hrsaccount.com and sign in.
