Kelly Finnigan Corrao of Sonrisa Chihuahuas is a broker, she does not breed her dogs, she buys them from puppy mills as I have come to find out.

She is also not involved in any type of rescue work or chihuahua rescue.

She will lie and tell you the dog you buy is 8 ounces, when in reality it is 2 lbs, when you confront her, she will go pshycotic, call you and leave the most horrible voice mails, she will write fake usacomplaints.com about you. She is a very dangerous and mentally unstable person.

Read all the reports she has writeen about me under Jodie OBrien. You will see her true character. I dont know why anyone would want to buy a dog from a person like her.

All I wanted was the 8 ounce dog I paid over 2000.00 for, instead I got a 2lb 6 week old puppy who ended up being over 8 lbs, I was promised the dog would be no bigger than 2.5 lbs FULL grown. I did a dispute on my credit card and won with all the proof I had. On my paypal payment I wrote a note stating I was paying for a 8 ounce 10 week old pup and if dog was not as described would want a refund.

I called her as soon as I got the dog and told her, I asked if she would refund 1500.00 so I could rehome him, NO ONE in their right mind would pay 2000.00 for a dog who was 2lbs at 6 weeks old (my vet said he was no older than 6 weeks!!!) She went nuts on me, I told her I was sending him back and she refused. She told me if I sent him back she would leave him at the airport and press criminal charges and call the Humane Society on me. I told her I was disputing the charges and she just laughed.

Paypal told her she should accept the dog or she would be out the money, she did not care. After 1 week of trying to get her to accept the dog back, (she still refused) I found a free loving home for him! All my chihuahuas are very very small, he was as big as them at 6 weeks old!!!

She is truly a very mean and unhappy person. I did nothing wrong, all i expect is what I pay for.

SHe still owes paypal 2200.00 she wont pay them, she has moved and changed her email, phone and address hiding from paypal.

She also promised papers with him, no papers, she said he was AKC..

Please dont keep a woman like this in buisness. Buy puppies from real breeders, not brokers. If you notice her ad's you will never see parents or mutiple pups from the same litter. SHe buys these pups for 100 to 200.00 and sells them for 1500 to 2500..
