I wish I would have read this prior post prior to retaining James Soukup as the posting was right on the money in discribing James Soukup and his performance in the office and in the court room and the handling of my case. I hired James to file for a modification and post secondary Support for my Child. It was clear during the hearing and during the handling of the case James is clearly out gunned in a Battle of wits. He is clearly burned out and well past his prime. No spark or flame left in this court room has been and I would recommend a investigation by the BAR and suspention of his license to prevent further harm to the public.
