Sound like you won or will win something really selling reports

Their mailing make it sound like you have won or can win a cash prize but they are really selling reports, My father was convinced that he had won or would win the money listed if he sent them the $12 fee. I feel that they design their mailings to be misleading. I am not sure just how many companies there are doing the same thing but my father now gets mailing from at least 4 that are really selling information while making it sound as if you have won something.

Sweepstakes reporter company may be part of this same company.
