Paid for services not rendered, held up bankruptcy discharge due to his neglagence and unperfessionalism

I hired Paul Strouse to complete my bankruptcy filing and paperwork. I have had nothing but problems from day one with this man and his office staff. They do nothing but lie to clients and make excuses for themselves. I have contacted him many times to make sure reaffirmation agreements were sent out to my lenders and he swore they were. One lender recieved them the day before my bankruptcy was to be over and the other the day after it was to be over. Now because he waited so long my bankruptcy has been held up and not been closed. He stated that now there will have to be a court hearing again and that he is going to charge us more money. He did not file credit counciling certificates promptly and I myself ended up doing it. He does not return phone calls for days even weeks at a time. When you ask questions about your case they lie to you and dont even have the sense to get their stories straight with each other before calling you. Paul Strouse was contacted on all these matters and was completely rude and unprfessional.
