Took my money and never contacted me again don't do business wtih them

I gave this Fraudulent company 60.00 for some shoes that were normally priced 40.00 but he siad since the business was just starting he (Allen Winn) said that the shoes would get to me in a couple of days and that I shouldn't worry too much about them. Since then he has moved and thought that I wouldn't track him down. Well I did and now they act like they don't know what I talking about. It has been about three months and I have not recieved anything. So a friend of mine told me to report them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) as a fraudulent business so I did and I have not heard anything back yet.
