Buy from this company and learn the true meaning of these words: Bribing, disrespectful and dishonest

This is a long story, so I will try to shorten it as much as possible. I received the incorrect product. I had to send 3 emails over a span of 6 days before I recieved a response. The response pointed fingers at me for sending my email to the incorrect address and included a copy of their return policy. The first two emails were sent to the correct address. The only email they responded to was sent to the wrong address???

At this point I was frustrated and decided to leave negative feedback on Amazon. The following day I recieve an email that was polite and well written... Until the end where it stated that they would be willing to send me the correct product if I retracted my negative feedback. After reading that I went beyond frustration and straight to furious. I was shocked at the fact that they were willing to fix a mistake they had made, IF I removed the negative feedback. They also did attempt to contact me via phone after I had left the feedback. They called 4 times, but I was at work and unable to answer the calls.

Then I found their response on Amazon to my negative feedback. They stated that I had emailed 3 times within an hour (not over a 6 day span!) and that they responded within 12 hours. They did respond within 12 hours, but not until email #3!

I contacted the BBB and I am posting this to make consumers aware of their so called "customer service". This is by far the worst company I have ever delt with.

I read one of the responses to one of the other complaints on this site. The owner of the company says that their company has an excellent rating with the BBB. They may have had an excellent rating the year he posted that email, but check the BBB site now... Their rating is a D.

I would never do business with this company again and would strongly suggest others to beware!!
