Irene Marie is an extremely small talent agency in Maimi, Fl who makes a living off stealing the money of models in frivilous "courier" "comp cards" "Fed ex" " Lazer it" Web fees" TONS and TONS of fees... New models to the agency don't realize this until they land a job that is "worthy" of Irene to withhold for 8 months to build interest in her CD's, Money Markets, Mutual funds, Gold. Whatever she's invested in. Countless talent have FIRED her and have moved onto LEGIT agents in New York and Los Angeles because of her UNETHICAL BUSINESS practices. No one deserves to hold a licence in the state of Florida to rip people off. The only way to get your money back is to REFUSE to go on your next booking and blackmail them or file a lawsuit.

This woman lost her senses somewhere with the plastic surgery being she's lost tons of money in lawsuits and looses these cases each time-and loses talent because they cannot trust her. Which is better for the talent becuase they deserve to be with A and B agencies not a solo F agency in a dead market like Miami only good 2 months in the year with 1 womens board booker! Pitiful.

This agency is awful and anyone looking to work in the field of modeling, PLEASE go elewhere. Irene is a fake. She will steal from you. Some of her employees are just as bad too. They are laughed at in this buisness. Watch yourself.
