Deceptive, unprofessional, unethical money stealers. They take your money then you don't hear from them and you don't get what you paid for

I placed an order with this company and needed to contact them shortly after. All of my e-mails went unanswered and the phone number they had listed went to a voice mail. No one ever returned my calls. They charged my account before my products were ready to ship. And eventhough I have requested a refund they have refused to issue one. It has been two months since I placed my order and I have not received my products, a refund nor contact from anyone at the company.

Deceptive, I have received two seperate e-mails from the USPS saying that they received word from Naani to expect my package for shipping with an expected ship date, but they never actually ship anything.

Unprofessional, no one has returned my calls or e-mails regarding my order.

I wish I had checked the BBB before ordering with this company as they have numerous complaints against them.

Word to the wise. Order your products somewhere else but definitely not Naani Naturals because they will take your money and run. They don't care about getting you what you ask for they just want your money. Very sad indeed.
