Sent $1500 Havnt gotten a refund or dog

I sent Waunita $1500 for a dog, and right before shipping time I let her know that I was changing my mind, and would she offer a refund, if not I would go ahead and take the dog. She replied that she was going to contact me anyway, that one of the dogs puppies were still nursing, and she wasnt going to be able to send me the dog afterall anyway. She said she would send a refund. That was a month ago. She mentioned her sister was ill, and that may be the reason for no response. But after reading others dealings with her, I fear I may have been taken as well.
