Fraudulent billing

CBCS is threatening my credit report unless I submit a bogus payment of $191.00. They refuse to send me any form of itemized bill and are referring to an account closed 7 years ago in good standing (no outstanding debt). I have informed them that I've filed reports with the following agencies: BBB, FTC, and the FCC. I have also invoked the Florida statue of limitations (F.S. 95.11 (3) (p) on 2 occasions. Their response is: "We'll see about that". There is no outstanding debt and the company is using extortion to get my financial information. If I do not pay it goes on my credit report, if I do pay then I forfeit my account information. I think these are some clever wise-guys but what do I do? I don't like the threatening tone one bit either.
