I purchased a wig and it did not fit. Was given a RA number but no mailing address. El Doradio Hills

I purchased a wig online and no where on the order form was there anything about no returns or exchanges - I did receive a RA number but was given no mailing address - after 4 email and 1 call was still unable to get a mailing address. I will never have anything to do with this company again. I reported what happened to my bank and my bank card is going to refund my money back to me. But to this day I still have no place to mail back the wig that does not fit.
One unhappy customer...
