Merchandise was returned and they refuse to give me a refund

When my order of text books arrived at the Post Office I was out of town and was unable to pick them up. After so many days the Post Office sent them back to Homeschool Stockroom.

My life was very hectic for the next following months and I had assumed that since they had received the merchandise back they would credit my dedit card. I was wrong! Only honest companies do that.

When my life finally settled down and I was going through my bank statements I realized they had not credited me my money, $300 plus. I called the company on a daily basis, usually 4 to 6 times per day. I was always told I needed to talk to bookkeeping but they were always out of the office and would never return my call.

I was finally told they would ship me the books if I paid the s/h. I agreed and waited 2 weeks. I called the company to ask when had they been shipped and when could I expect them. I was told that I was very impatient and that I would not be receiving the books or my money.

I was even told that I owed them money and that they were going report me to the credit bureau, that their goal was to ruin my credit.

I contacted the Better Business Bureau but because they are not a member nothing could be done. I even filed a report with the NY State Attorney General. All their office did was to appoint a negotiator which couldn't do anything.

Beware if you deal with this company, They will keep the merchandise and your money and lie every step of the way. Their refund policy means nothing.
