Rude, high pressure, and poor customer service

In early March I was looking for a formal gown for a black tie event. I found a beautiful dress on the Darius Cordell website. I filled out the "initial inquiry" form with some specific questions. I received an email informing me to look back at the website to answer the questions I had posed. I went back to the website and looked to see if I had missed the answers, I had not. Nevertheless, I was still interested in a purchase and was contemplating flying to Texas to meet with the designer; before I could make that decision final, I received an email informing me that I needed to be courteous and reply to their email. The email also informed that I did not have time to waste (it was March 11 and my event was May 8), and if I wanted the dress I had to make a decision. I was also offered financial incentives to order immediately. The tone was so condescending—and yet, desperate—that I decided not want to do business with this company.in order to be polite, I replied with a thank you, but no thank you email. I then received another email telling me I obviously did not understand their email and I still had time to order the dress. I ignored the email. Today I received another email telling me to respond to their email (s). I responded with a clearer message that I did not want to do business with them. I received a very inappropriate email with the implication that I was dumb, rude, and did not know how to do business with them. I responded that it was clear that the customer was not always right and immediately received an email telling me never to contact them again. They are high pressure and rude even before they get money, I can only imagine what it will be like trying to get the product.
