Sprint PCS
Doesn't provide services promised

Bought a Sprint PCS Vision cell phone in August. None of the services promised work. I have paid $ to download rings that never display.

Web site is completely unusable as you generally can't even sign in. They gave me 3 months free 2mg of ram so I could experiment with all the features but I haven't been able to get anything to work.

Why do companies put out products before they are tested and ready for the consumer?

The phone is cool&but the service sucks.
