Failed to pay Security Company

I have worked and or owned my own Security Company for approximately 7 years. I do this on a part time basis since I am fully employed by the State of Oklahoma. However, I do have employees or did have employees that depended on my company for a living. I worked for Maupin-Kia prior to Primeaux taking over the business. I was contacted and asked to work Security for Primeaux-Kia and they were informed as to how my Company would be paid on a bi-monthly basis. Everything went well until the Dealership hired a new Comptroller by the name of Doug Ahrens. On the occasion that basically changed our arrangement for working for the Dealership, my company check was due on Christmas Eve day before noon. This was a standard operating procedure which I won't fully go into. Mr. Ahrens decided upon his own that he didn't have time to sign the Security check and therefore, two of my employees ended up not having much of a Christmas. I informed Mr. Ahrens that when I don't get paid, then my employees can't be paid, and he informed me that, that was not his problem. After discussing this problem with Lisa, the owner's daughter, she blew it all out of proportion and Mr. Ahrens then stated that since I went over his head and behind his back to get paid, it would take some time for him to forget this issue. I took this as a threat as well to my company. My Security company finally got paid the following Thursday after Christmas. After this episode, I sent the accountant, Mr. Ahrens and Mr. Henry Primeaux Sr. A letter stating that in the future, when the Security check is late, there would be a 5% surcharge attached to the invoice. Well, it took the next check to realize that they had no intention of paying my company at all, and to this day, I have still not been paid for the hours my company provided security for the Dealership. Needless to say, all my employees quit work, as they were not going to work and not get paid, which I can't blame them, I had to take out a personal loan to pay them their wages. I also contacted Henry Jr. And asked him if he would help me out, and unknown as to what the conversation was, I then learned that Mr. Ahrens made out a check, but for only half of what was owed to my Company. I decided to not pick up the check as it was not for the full amount. I attempted to contact Henry Jr. To advise him that apparently Mr. Ahrens got mad again for me going behind his back to try and get the money that was owed to me. Unfortunately, Henry Jr. Would now not return my calls. I might add that I also sent a registered certified letter to Henry Sr. And made numerous calls for him to call me back to no avail. I think that running a business like this is common place for this family. Needless to say, I filed a small claims court case against Primeaux-Kia, via their attorney, and they were served a subpeona to appear, and they nor a representative showed up for court. I won a judgement against them for the amount of the action, plus court costs. It is unfortunate that just because of one person, I have lost an account, but also my business due to my employees quitting as well. I bet that the Dealership or Mr. Primeaux throws away more money on the Talons Football team every week than what I was due to be paid. Well, I will get my money, one way or another and I am thinking that the other way, is going to be as much as a headache as the dealings in the first place.

I am just stating what I feel to be a very unsuitable place to be around, I would not buy a car, nor work for this dealership or associate with anyone attached to this business. What is said on television ads by Mr. Primeaux just doesn't hold water for me anymore.
