This lawyer will promise you the moon when he doesn't know how that it takes a rocket to reach there. And why not, you have earned money all your life so you can transfer all your money into his account! It doesnt matter what your problem is, he will have a solution for you. Divorce, Immigration, Cancer, Aids — Manchanda Law Offices has a solution for all.

It doesnt matter if he has never done one divorce case in life. He will use you as a guinea pig to learn as you go! In my divorce case, the one time he was supposed to show up in court, he missed! He wouldn't pick up his cell phone, neither his land line... If you are late in paying his HUGE bills (which will be in thousands every month), you will get 100 calls a day. My ex's attorney ate him (and me) for lunch during the divorce process. I got nothing; she got everything! He had claimed he will get her deported, that he will get her behind bars for illegaly marrying me for green card. But he soon forgot that all those promises were before I signed the retainer. No one in his staff had handled a divorce case before.

After spending 20k on this lawyer (not counting the money I had to give to my ex to get rid of her), I was left with a sour taste in my mouth for the whole litigation industry. I hope there are better attorneys around and that people GOOGLE before going to his office.

My advice to anyone in distress — STAY AWAY from this man and his incompetent staff.
