Hartford short and long term disability coverage never paid

Walmart employees need to be made aware that the insurance that they carry, STD and LTD, is useless. Hartford does not pay claims!!! I became disabled and received SSDI[TOTAL DISABILITY in 1999, and I never received any STD or LTD from Hartford. Walmart ignored the complaints all the way up to "MR. SCOTT'S "OPEN DOOR".
