Fraudulent billing, gets corrected and credited and then rebilled every week

I filed an insurance claim in the fall of 07 (Sept or Oct) and paid $50.00 for a phone that was in worse shape than the one I had. I returned the phone they sent me 3 days later.in January of 08, I was billed $200.00 because I was still using the phone they expected to receive. They do not keep records of the phones they send out so they show no record of receiving that phone. I have spent over 15 hours on the phone with Sprint in the past month. This charge has been removed numerous times and then put back on my account and my phone service gets interrupted every week due to non payment of this fraudulent charge.

I renewed my contract on 2/18/08 paying my entire balance of 110.06 based on the zero balance. My 30 day time to cancel without penalty was over on 3/18/08 so they have now reinstated the $200.00 charge and disrupted my service yet again. I have been on hold now for over an hour so that I can talk to a supervisor for the 5th time. This time I will be terminating my account, filing a claim on the phone that "they never received" and paying yet another $50.00 deductible. It is worth it to be rid of these scammers!
