Ripped off big time

I signed up fro a free trial and then they sent me a email, that I could join for a month for $4.99, then one for $9.99, then it was $24.99, and I filled out the part that if you wanted to keep it after your free trail you had the option, for them to take it out automaticley, or pay for it yourself, which I selected, guess what, they took it out of my account anyway, and I told them I wanted refund, and they said that is expired on the 19th and I did not call until the 20th. And will not refund my money back.
