Purchased a breeder quality female pomeranian from this kennel. There was never any mention that it may already Have a heart problem, that she was born with,
Sherri also new i bought her as i was going to breed her. I took her to my vet and the vet said he did not absolutely want me to breed her because of it.
I contacted sherri the very day i took her to the vet and found out this devistating news and she said she is willing to work with me on this. And said she would give me a $100 credit towards another pomeranian.

I thought at that point are you crazy? First of all we have grown close to this little pomeranian her name is Peak - A - Boo. I did however tell her i would not give her back we would keep her as the vet did not know how long she will live. Me being a breeder of ethics figure she has a loving home and she loves it here i did not want to take my chances and give her back to sherri as i was afraid she would just put her to sleep.

I told sherri that we would keep her and love her as long as we could. And she said she would give me a $100 credit towards another pom.

First of all i am already out the money i bought this one for. And can not ever breed her.
However when i talked to sherri on the phone she did say she checked her heart herself and had no record of taking her to the vet pryor to me purchasing her. This I consider it to be cruel of her to do to anyone. And then not refund my money. When she is not a licensed vet.
I have tried several times to email her as I have stated to her that the only way she can fix this is to return my money.

I do not know of any reponsible breeder who would not return a persons money after finding out such heart renching news.
This pomeranian is my baby now. And this family now will have to wonder if tomorrow will even be another day for my Peak-A-Boo. That we will get to watch her play another day.

I want my money back! And because of unethical breeders like her this is why there are puppy mills.
I would never do this to someone. I would however give one away to a very loving home. But i would not make someone pay for a puppy that i new had a heart problem in the first place. It is cruel.
Just because they are dogs to breeders like her don't mean they aren't someone elses babies to others.
I take great pride in what i do. And My poms are like my children.

Sherri should have been a more responsible breeder and she isn't. I have also sent her a letter from my vet. And still no response.

This is cruel treatment of an animal and unethical business practices to collect fees on a pomeranian that has a heart problem of any kind.
