Adding unknown charges to my bill including a $60 charge for something I never asked for. They did not want to refund my money

Verizon wireless is at again.

I am coming close to the end of my two year contract and I called them to ask for my $150.00 security deposit refund.
They told me that there was no security deposit. I bought the phone at PC Richard and I have them a security deposit. Verizon can not tell me where it is. After numerous phone calls to them and promises they would call me back you guessed it. They never once called.
I spoke to someone in some department and they told me that my security deposit had been put towards one of my bills. This is not true as I paid ALL of my bills.
To this day they can't tell me anything about my security deposit and they can't get me off the phone fast enough.
If that's not bad enough; I had been paying my bill using autopay and would just look at the final amount and ok the payment. On one occasion I took a look at my bill to find they had been charging me an additional $10 for some premium text message thing. Something that I 100% did not sign up for. Nobody else knows my account information, and I am certain of this.

I called verizon and argued for a long time until they agreed to take the charges off my bill. Fine.
This time I get my bill and it's almost double what it's supposed to be. When I look at the details it says that I have signed up for some internet thing at $59.99 per month. Are they crazy?
I don't even pay that much for the internet in my house. Why would I pay that much for it on my phone?
I have one more month left on my contract and they have already stole my security deposit and they are trying to squeeze whatever else they can before I go.
Something has to be done about this.
