Quest is the absolute worst company i have ever had to deal with Denver colorado

First i will tell you the whole story. It started a year ago when i moved into my first apartment so i was looking for cheap internet, phone, and cable service. I saw an ad on tv prior to moving on how easy it would be to bundle my services with quest and it would be a low monthly rate of $92.00 a month. GREAT! Nice a cheap. That is until slowly the months kept going on. Each and every month either the bill would continue to grow and get a high price or they would claime i ordered paperview. Not just a move but an adult programing and i'm the only one who lives in my house. Not only did they at first refuse to refund that charge i had to sit on the phone with them for two and a half hours fighting over it. And it all continues. EACH AND EVERY month for the past year i have had to call and get credits and that is after a 2-3 hour phone call NOT EVEN KIDDING!!! Now i'm actually sitting on the phone with them now because once again they are over charging me and i had a man on there who was suppose to be a supervisor— he laughed in my face about me dispting $20.00 but he didnt realize that i have been paying that much extra for almost a year now. On top of it they signed me on to antoher year of service which i only wanted one year, and now if i cancle i have to py antoher $200.00

I strongly advise not to chose quest as a company that you would use, it is a constatnt headache! Trust me
