Doxylingerie.com, jennifer lutke doxyonline poor customer service no response to emails.insults customers!

I purchased 4 items from Doxylingerie.com, i made SURE that all items that i purchased were listed as 'INSTOCK", as i had a Vacation planned in a month and wanted the items before i left. I periodically checked my order on their "order status page" and the tracking and shipping info was blank. After 12 days, I decided to call their "Customer Service" number MULTIPLE TIMES -NO ANSWER and YOU CANT LEAVE A MESSAGE.

SOOOOO... I emailed them to ask what was going on with my order:

Hi I placed an Order on Mar 3rd, and have yet to recieve it... Could u please let me know when it will ship? I purchased these items that you did have in stock specifically for a vacation and photoshoot that i am planning in Las Vegas. We depart on Mar 25th. I need them here no later than Friday Mar 21st. My order number is
yhst-*-* Thank You

No response... Again.

I repeatedly tried to call their number again and again -still no answer
AFTER 5 DAYS I EMAILED THEM AGAIN on MAR 12th:

Where is my order? If i dont hear back from you by 2pmPST tomorrow. I will be calling my bank and issuing a charge back. You dont answer your phone or respond to my emails. This is ridiculous. Yhst-41531193861063-42955

FINALLY A WEEK LATER on MAR 19th I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE MISSOURI ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE after researching this company and finding out about all of the COMPLAINTS AND CHARGES AGAINST THEM:

They then went on to send me over 30 harrassing emails after i repeatedly told them to not email me.

Making fun of my age, saying that i cant do more than 2 things at once.

Funny how once you get the govrnment involved they reply...

I had to file a second complaint with the ags office for harrassment.

Do not buy from this shady company and warn everyone you know to never purchase anything from these people. A waste of time!
