Insurance Lead Company, Al Baker Bogus leads, Unauthorized Recharge of Credit card!

I've been in the health insurance business for over 7 years and I've dealt with many different lead generation companies. FiveStarQuotes has GOT to be the worst one yet. The original rep I was dealing with was fired, so all the promises me made were empty. The new rep who was taking over his clients, AL BAKER, seemed nice at first. He issued a few credits that were due for bogus leads. I told him I didnt want leads for anyone under 25 yrs old, he said he would credit anyone under 25. Never happened. More importantly, Fivestar, required a deposit of $250 to get started, which is fine. That's pretty much the standard. However, after seeing the quality of "lead" they were provided, I quickly concluded that I would not be continuing with their service. ALL emails that were sent to customer service for credit requests went unanswered. Each and every one. When I called Al Baker on it, he said, "you know how it is... You get busy, there arent enough people to answer all the emails..." Maybe if this wasn't a Mickey Mouse Operation being run out of someone's basement, my emails would be been answered. I sent 2 emails telling them NOT to recharge my credit card. I also personally spoke with Al on several occasions telling him I didn't wany any further charges in my credit card. He assured me it wouldn't happen. Can you guess what's coming next? YEP. They tagged my card for another $190. I called Al, furious, and he told me not to worry&he'd have it taken off, but to give him 24 hrs... Because it can take up to 24 hrs to post. Ok. I've now waited ONE week... 7 days, and the charge has NOT been credited. When I call Al for answers, he gets snippy, and tells me it's not HIS fault, he didnt PERSONALLY charge my credit card. Professional, right? In any event, with ALL the leads I've gotten from them, I didnt get one appt, nevermind a sale. Now, you can believe, that as a 5 million dollar producer, I don't know HOW to GET an appoinntment, or you can believe what I am telling you. Their leads suck. They certainly were NOT real-time leads, which if you're in the industry, you understand the importance of calling the lead within minutes of them hitting that "enter" button. Lots of foreign people, who didn't speak English, and as I said—the majority were under the age of 21—Not worth the ink I used to print the leads OUT on.
