The business that doesn't give a damn

My husband ordered flowers for me for my birthday. He ordered an expensive arrangement of roses and lillies plus 3 balloons. What was delivered was an arrangement of mostly carnations and filler with 1 balloon. (oh yeah, and a majority of the flowers were broken)

I have contacted the company appox. 30 times in the past month. I have been screamed at, hung up on, and they've threatened to re-charge my credit card for the amount of the calls placed to them. (I use their 800 number). Plus they've threatened to press harassment charges against me!!!

I don't know who reads these things, or if anyone can help. But I'd appreciate if someone could! In the meantime, be careful about ordering flowers from places that you've never had dealings with before. Especially this place! By the sounds of it, they've got a couple teenage girls with attitudes running the place. This is not the way to run a business!
