Rudeness and shortness of nature!

I'd a visit arranged on combined holidays and desired to alter my return trip. The trip was reserved on the combined trip maintained by US Air, I needed to alter the trip to some US air trip maintained on a later date. The usa holiday repetition was so rude (Mandy ID 1876) when she explained she couldn't assist and that I would need to visit US Air straight. Although which may be accurate; I'd believe if Combined Holidays publications on another provider I'd believe they might alter or atleast provide a quantity to contact to alter and undoubtedly be respectful. I'm processing a criticism against United Holidays representative Mandy identification 1876. Consider her out-of a scenario where she's to cope with public or even better fire her.
