Florist sells Candy Cane Basket Without Candy Canes

I ordered a Candy Cane Basket for Christmas for my Mother -In - law in Florence Al. I live in Georgia. I bought it from Kaleidoscope Florist.

When the flowers came it was nothing like what I paid for. No Candy canes at all, no ribbon, the flowers wasnt even the same.

I tried to talk with the owner about this and he said Florence, Al. Was out of Candy Canes and did nothing to make this right.

I contacted the BBB of North Alabama and filed a report on the Business.

The owner of the company (Joey Kimbrough) fought it for 2 months then he told the BBB he would refund my money.

He did not do what he said he would, he lied to me and to The BBB of North Alabama.

Now Im asking you to help me expose this Business man for the type person he has proven himself to be.

Any and all help in this matter will be greatly appreciated

I have all the letters from The BBB in this case if you need them.
I even have the letter where Joey told the BBB he would refund my money.

I have also contacted 2 TV stations about this matter.

He can not keep on being allowed to beat people like this.

The guarantee on his web site states this
" We guarantee 100% satisfaction on all floral and gift items. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our Customer Service.

I did. He told me to have a nice day and he hung up on me.

I dont know why he feels like I dont deserve to be a satisfied customers.

He probably thought since I was in Georgia that I would not see the flowers he sent of my behalf.
But I did see the pitiful arrangment he charged me almost $50.00 for, as I go home for Christmas every year. I was so embarrassed when I seen the flower basket he sent to my Mother -In -law.

I ordered a Candy Cane basket. It came in white basket with red ribbon and candy canes in it.

The one he sent for me didnt have any ribbon on it and no Candy Canes at all.
The flowers were not the same as the picture either.

The LEAST this man could have done was call me and let me know about the arrangment, and that it was not going to be what I wanted and given me a chance to at least changed my order with him.
