Billed for services not requested

I joined Local Dating Action in late 2007. Memebership charges were routinely levied monthly, and there were no problems. Then in January came an avalanche of charges. I communicated with the group in mid -February over repeated, outrageous charges being levied on my credit card by them via two agencies - CS8WEB.net and EPOCH.com. It was patently clear from the charges and the dates associated with them that the claims for alleged services were fraudulant. I challenged Local Dating over their legitmacy, and they agreed to refund charges for services not delivered (for God's sake!), and that that would be the end of it. My membership would be cancelled with no further charges being levied before I left

Not so - I have just received my latest card ststement: I got the refunds for CS8WEB.net charges on the January bill, but not for EPOCH.com charges!!! Not only that, but now I also discover that new charges were levied AFTER the discontinuance agreement in February.

on 26/02/08 by WCBILLING.com 1866-499-9191 - reference 74580458056 for USD4.99

0n 6/03/06 by EPOCH.com *WEBSTARMAR 3106645810 (never heard of them) - reference 24110398065 for $47.04
