Charged my credit card i have no idea who they are California

I signed up only for free trial, and while i am signing up at no place they mentioned of charging 95$ after 30 days. Its a trap. They said free trial offer, they must provide all the information before charging $3.95. I received the product but did open it at all, now i see after 30 days they charged $95
This is a bad business practice. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Also called there customer service and they hung up my call. The guy told me the supervisor will take my call. I waited on hold for few minutes and my call got disconnected, it happened twice meaning they are doing this.
I read the same on ripoff from other members.
