Faith Disposal Service & Landscaping / BIG & SMALL Landscaping, Clearing, & Tree Removal Service, -Rev. Frederick E. Winston Contracting Fraud / Wouldn't Do Work After He Was Paid To complete a Job!

I paid FAITH DISPOSAL SERVICE & LANDSCAPING / BIG & SMALL Landscaping, Clearing, & Tree removal Service, LLC.- REV. Frederick e. WINSTON starting on Friday Feb 21 to repair my house. I paid him $1400.00 to do this task. Mr. Winston was to start working on this job the next day which was the 16th of Feb. He called me stating he was babysitting because someone got sick & he had to keep a relatives child. Then he promise to come out on Monday to complete the job.

On that monday... He claim that he could not comeout due to his uncle rabbit hunting. (Now what do his uncle have to do with this... We are talking about a company who I paid to do work & he is in his 50's) Everyday that week it was on excuse after another to why he couldnt come out to complete the job. There was excuse clearly up til March 5th... Which at that time I asked Mr. Winston with my Realtor sitting on my front porch for my refund on the monies I paid. I also let him know that since he did not start the work, I was going to get someone else to complete the work. I am trying to sale my house & get another 1 before my Husband get back from Iraq so he can be in a better house. That was the task my husband told me to complete before he got home.

In order to get this done I had to get minor repairs but costly repairs done to the house. That Wed March 5th Mr. Winston Promised to pay $800.00 of the money back by Friday the 7th. This never happened. He told me that he would pay me monday March 10, $800.00 & if he could not pay then he will pay me the full balance of $1400.00 on Tuesday March 11. I called Mr. Winston today March 11... & it wasn't until I used a number he didn't reconized before he picked up the telephone. He then stated to me to take him to court that i have no witness & he would lie to the Judge by telling the Judge that I refused to work with him on payment arrangements. I then told him I had witness to this & will take a warrent in Debt out on him. He then hung the phone up in my face with disbelief that I will do this task.

This company is a fraud & they do not follow through on doing a job. Not only that but I paid him to do a landscaping job that it took them 20 days to get up leaves & lay 5 yards of mulch down in my yard. He then gutted up my yard with his truck. Put down hay & topsoil with a different color grass seeding for the area he messed up with his truck.

This man ran off with $1400.00 & feels as if he done nothing wrong by not completing work. Do not use this company. Here are the numbers in which this company operate off of:
