Never received card, check was cashed!

On 5/14/07 I delivered a $9.00 look for a prepaid Credit to Heritage Credit - a susidiary of 1st Natl Bank. The Check was banked but no card actually came. I named the 1-800 # about the in shut brochure, but was handed the run-around, not once but many times. I required they simply return my cash, if your card was not likely to be released. I had been informed they they never obtained my charge and declined to complete something about this. I had been wishing to make use of this card to reestablish my credit, after my breakup, but to no avail. I HAD BEEN JUST PLAIN - SCAMMED BY THIS JUSTIFICATION OF THE ORGANIZATION.

Our next choice would be to consider this to 1 of our regional Television channels that handle situations such as this. If you should be thinking about this kind of motion and/or perhaps a class-action from this organization - contact me at my email above.
