Well I sent away in aug for a couple of hearing aids for my mother and have not recieved them yet, so today i finally get ahold of the company and they tell me that they are back order, so when i ask them why didn;t they notifie me they said they did back in sept but i haven't heard a thig since i have sent them the check in aug and it was cashed in aug two days later, but no prod for me. I am very upset with them
