Failed to deliver products or refund

I ordered an air soft gun in August. After waiting weeks for it to arrive, and only after I repeatedly contacted speedytoys, I was informed it was not available and a refund would be sent. Refund never arrived. I have sent numerous emails. Some were responded to with promises to send the refund. Others were never acknowledged. I also attempted to call several times but got an answering machine. My calls were not returned.

It is now February 29 and I have yet to receive a refund. I reported this company to the Better Business Bureau and they refused to respond to the complaint. I have also filed a complaint with the California Attorney General's office. I strongly caution anyone who may be considering purchasing from this site.
