I signed on to Angela Penbrook's webside for collecting rebates as an online homebased business and charged my check card for their asking price of $197.00. I never received a confirmation e-mail as promised and now when I want to get my money returned back into my checking account, these people are nowhere to be found. My husband and I are extremely upset and want to see these people brought to justice! Ellen, Marietta, Ga.
